The extensive achievements of WCAN would not be possible without the diligent efforts of our dedicated team. Ranging from corporate professionals to undergraduate students, we all endeavour to embody WCAN’s mission of encouragement, empowerment and enlightenment for young black women.

As WCAN continues to broaden its involvement within professional sectors and universities, the desire to expand the team also grows. We are frequently looking for more skillful and charismatic young women to play an active role in this growing network.

As a non-profit social enterprise, many of the roles are currently unpaid. However, as part of the WCAN, you are rewarded with the opportunity to build your own networks and directly liaise with professionals from our member firms, at a variety of career levels.
