Community Posts and Contributions & Submitting Content

  • Any content that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit community posts and contributions written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded content is allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each work you submit. Content written by a ghost writer is perfectly acceptable as long as it is being used only by yourself.

Your community post or contributions on Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network will become public.
The basic rules for discussions and all community posts on Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network are:

  • Your are not allowed to be offensive or malicious

  • Do not break the law as it applies in your country

  • Do not post advertising messages


By using Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network, you agree to abide by our guidelines. While we do not intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within posts, we reserve the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion and without explanation.

Please note that:

  • Any posts that encourage illegal actions will be removed and the account disabled. Participants may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, racist, extremist views or are determined by moderators to be detrimental to the community.

  • Any posts that contain ads or other form of advertising will be removed.

  • If you SPAM our members in any manner, your account will be disabled. You are not allowed to solicit business through the forums or community pages.

  • We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.

  • Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by participants in discussions are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. Participants are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given in the discussions.

  • Any abuse towards our staff and/or management in any form, may result in immediate suspension of your account.

  • We would like to request all forum users to avoid posting malicious comments about other companies or organisations.

Refund Policy

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued in any cirucmstance. You may contact us within 120 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
