The Spring Law Conference is a full-day, insight-led experience created specifically for Black female students who want to succeed in law but feel unsure about the process, the expectations, or whether they’re doing enough early on.
Throughout the day, you’ll gain clear, practical guidance on how law firms recruit, what strong applications actually look like, and how to start positioning yourself from first or second year without burning out or second-guessing every move. You’ll hear directly from Black women who have secured training contracts and are currently trainees, alongside graduate recruiters who explain what makes candidates stand out and where most students go wrong.
