About The Event
The FCA x WCAN Insights Day is a one-day experience for Black female university students in their first or second year who want to understand how finance really works beyond banking and trading.
Hosted at the Financial Conduct Authority, the day offers practical insight into regulation, decision-making, and purpose-led careers in finance, alongside honest guidance on early-career skills, positioning, and pathways. Attendees will hear directly from professionals working inside the system and leave with clarity on how to start shaping their careers early.
