BECOME A MENTOR
We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a Mentorship Programme in 2024! Mentorship is one of the core tenets of the WCAN initiative. The scheme will aim to help WCAN members achieve their career goals, increase their connectivity with their target firms and further their personal and professional development. If you would like to be involved either as a mentor, please scroll down to register your interest by filling in the form below.
essential requirements for mentors
To become a mentor, you must be a:

a woman from a Black African, Black Caribbean, Mixed Black (e.g. White and Black Caribbean), or another Black background;

In a corporate role, preferably in banking, finance, consulting, professional services, law and tech.

be either 3+ years into your career;

or have the necessary experience, desire and knowledge to help with the professional development of young black women.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note that by filling in this form you are not guaranteed a place in the Mentorship Programme. Instead, this form is to register your interest in participating as a mentor.
