The aim of the Mentorship Programme is to further the progression and development of your career by partnering you with a mentor that suits your needs. Places on this programme will be limited so apply early to avoid disappointment.

The Mentorship Programme will commence in late 2022.

essential requirements for mentees:

To be eligible for this draw of mentees, you must be:​

  • a female young professional who is in the early stages of her corporate career in banking, finance, consulting, professional services, law, tech or another corporate industry.

  • from a Black African, Black Caribbean, Mixed Black (e.g. White and Black Caribbean), or another Black background; 

  • have been working in a professional capacity for less than 5 years 

  • be a WCAN member
