The Role


We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our corporate partners across sectors. You’ll ensure that every partnership delivers measurable value — to the firm, to our community, and to WCAN’s wider mission.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, client success and strategy — spotting opportunities to expand our partnerships, improve execution, and demonstrate tangible ROI for each organisation we work with.

  • Lead partnership management for key corporate accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of events, campaigns and talent programmes.

  • Develop strategic growth plans for each account, identifying renewal, upsell and co-branding opportunities.

  • Analyse performance and outcomes, producing reports that translate impact data into commercial insights.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the events, marketing and talent teams to ensure alignment between client goals and delivery.

  • Pitch new ideas and activations that elevate employer engagement and brand visibility.

  • Represent WCAN at partner events and industry forums, strengthening our position as a trusted bridge between top employers and diverse talent.

What Success Looks Like

  • Partner renewals exceed 90%.

  • Measurable growth in account value and engagement.

  • Strong client feedback and visible advocacy from partner firms.

  • Seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
