Money Matters: Insight into Personal Finance & Investments (22 Jan & 19 Feb)

Build your understanding of investing and personal finance in a 2 PART Series for money management and investing.  These are topics that WCAN get asked questions about all of the time. This event will inform you on your options, opportunities and risks as you hear from investment firms, platforms and real women who have done it! There will also be an opportunity to participate in a property investing masterclass by experts and advisors who know the ins and outs. This is going to be our biggest Money Matters event yet!

22nd Jan: Part 1: Making Your Money Work For You - This session was focused on the the essential tools needed for organising and managing your money, increasing your knowledge on investing and really understanding how to shift your money mindset. This was focused also on the best appproaches for the current economic climate. We heard from Laura Ann Moore, who gave a huge insight into shifting and creating your money mindset. We heard from a panel of experts deep dive into the technicals including:

• Debodun Osekita, investing coach and founder of Stock Pickers Academy
• Emmanuel Asuquo, Belvedere Wealth Managment and author of Amazon bestseller "Get Your Money Right"
• Natasha Percy-Baxter, Founder of PercyBaxter Wealth Management

19 Feb: Part 2: Deep Diving Into Multiple Streams of Income - Here we will deep dive into the different things you can do with your money, risk and return profiles from P2P Lending, Property Investing across the Spetrum, Investments, Angel Investing, Platforms, Side Hustles and Business and even more. This will be no frills and all the details - we want to hear all the questions because all of the experts will be there to deep dive. We will hear from a panel of experts, a deep dive into the technicals,but also a panel of real black women and how they have supercharged their finances, as well as their relationships with money. All tools will be available following the event.
