WCAN is a social enterprise dedicated to the personal and professional development of black women. We have positioned ourselves as platform and network for black women from as young as school girls to those well into their corporate careers.

With support from a number of corporate sponsors, we are able to create a marketplace offering diverse talent for the largest global firms and offering services to our members including mentorship, CV / Cover Letter / Interview training and support, networking events, workshops, conferences, fast-tracking with our sponsor firms, personal development sessions, socials and more...
