How it works for schools

1. We share relevant opportunities
Employer-led talks, events and insight sessions aligned to apprenticeships, early careers and progression.

2. You pass them on to students
Share with the year groups or cohorts you feel are most appropriate. No obligation or commitment.

3. We handle delivery
We manage speakers, scheduling and logistics. Schools can engage through free open-access sessions or request bespoke workshops where appropriate.

Who is this for?

Supporting schools and educators working with:

  • Students without existing professional networks

  • First-generation pathways into higher education or apprenticeships

  • State-educated students seeking real-world insight

  • Young people exploring options beyond traditional routes

Our work complements existing careers provision and is designed to be low-burden for schools.

What schools can expect

Employer-led sessions
Practical talks and events delivered with industry partners across finance, technology, law and professional services.

Apprenticeships and early careers insight
Clear explanations of pathways, requirements and real experiences, not generic motivation talks.

Flexible delivery
Online sessions, in-school talks or events schools can simply share with students.

For educators & teachers

If it’s helpful, educators can opt in to receive occasional, relevant updates about opportunities they can pass on to students.

We only share:

  • Employer-led student events

  • Apprenticeship and early-careers insight

  • Time-bound opportunities such as National Apprenticeship Week
